Online prices are estimates based on the complete current pile, selected hauling setup, access, and other information provided. A request is not an appointment until Clear Haul confirms it. Truck-and-trailer loads, garage cleanouts, whole-room cleanouts, and multi-load jobs receive a separate written quote after a fit, weight, access, and photo review. Added items, extra volume, or another trip may require a revised price, which must be approved before additional work continues. The final price is confirmed before loading.

Changes & cancellations

Please submit a cancellation or rescheduling request as soon as possible. A request is not complete until Clear Haul confirms it in writing. Rush fees cover short-notice scheduling and may still apply when work or travel has already begun. Clear Haul may decline unsafe, prohibited, overweight, oversized, or inaccurately described loads.

Removed property

Customers must have authority to remove every item. Once loaded and removed, items become property of Clear Haul Junk Removal and may be recycled, donated, resold, or disposed of responsibly.

Payment & rental deposits

No payment is required to request an appointment. Standard-job payment is due after the agreed work is completed. Clear Haul will not reserve or purchase rental equipment for a job until the customer has approved the written quote and paid the required equipment deposit. That deposit becomes nonrefundable once the reservation or purchase is made. The remaining approved balance is due after completion.

Privacy

This website does not install advertising trackers or analytics pixels. Google Maps loads only after a visitor chooses to view it. Jobber processes work requests and client records, while FormSubmit securely delivers website forms and uploaded photos to Clear Haul by email. These services process submitted data under their own privacy terms. Contact details, pickup addresses, job descriptions, and photos are used only to prepare, confirm, and complete service or respond to questions. Information is not sold.

Why can the final price change?

The estimate assumes the uploaded photos show the complete current pile and that it fits in the selected hauling setup. Added items, extra volume, changed access, unexpected weight, different disposal requirements, or another trip may require a revised price. Clear Haul explains the change and gets your approval before the additional work continues.

How are trailer loads or larger cleanouts priced?

Truck-and-trailer loads receive a custom written quote after Clear Haul reviews the photos, dimensions, estimated weight, access, disposal costs, and safe fit. Very large cleanouts may require multiple trips or rental equipment. Any rental deposit is collected only after you approve the written quote.

How much can Clear Haul carry?

Car-load jobs have an operator-calculated 800-pound maximum. Truck-and-trailer capacity depends on the lowest verified rating across the trailer, truck, hitch, and related equipment, so these jobs require manual review before confirmation.

Do you take refrigerators or other appliances?

Yes. Washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, and other approved appliances can be handled with the truck-and-trailer setup after Clear Haul reviews their dimensions, estimated weight, access, and safe fit. Refrigerators and freezers also include the applicable disposal surcharge.

When is payment due?

Standard-job payment is due after the agreed work is completed. A custom job requiring reserved rental equipment is the exception: the equipment deposit is due before the reservation is made, and the remaining approved balance is due after completion. Accepted methods are cash, check, major credit and debit cards, contactless payments, and Cash App Pay through Square.

Is my requested time automatically confirmed?

No. The date and time submitted are a request. Your appointment becomes confirmed only after Clear Haul reviews the details and replies by email or phone.

What is the Rush Pickup Fee?

Requests for an arrival time less than 24 hours away include a distance-based $25–$75 fee. The calculator displays it before you submit the request.

Where does Clear Haul provide service?

Clear Haul serves addresses within 50 driving miles of its north Bend service base across parts of Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson, and Linn counties. Enter your complete pickup address to check availability.
