Hi, I’m Corbin, the owner and operator of Clear Haul Junk Removal. I started this business to give people around Bend a straightforward and affordable option for smaller junk-removal jobs that don’t require a large commercial truck. I personally handle customer communication, estimates, scheduling, pickup, and responsible disposal. My focus is on being dependable, communicating clearly, respecting customers’ property, and confirming the price before any work begins. Clear Haul Junk Removal is based on the north side of Bend and serves customers within a 50-mile radius. I appreciate every customer who chooses to support a small local business, and I work hard to make clearing unwanted items simple and convenient.

Quotes & confirmation
Online prices are estimates based on the information provided. A request is not an appointment until Clear Haul confirms it. Garage cleanouts, whole-room cleanouts, and jobs requiring multiple car loads are not eligible for the instant car-load price. These jobs may require a rental truck and receive a separate custom quote before equipment is reserved. The final price is confirmed before loading and may change if the actual items, quantity, weight, access, or disposal requirements differ.
Changes & cancellations
Please submit a cancellation or rescheduling request as soon as possible. A request is not complete until Clear Haul confirms it in writing. Rush fees cover short-notice scheduling and may still apply when work or travel has already begun. Clear Haul may decline unsafe, prohibited, overweight, oversized, or inaccurately described loads.
Removed property
Customers must have authority to remove every item. Once loaded and removed, items become property of Clear Haul Junk Removal and may be recycled, donated, resold, or disposed of responsibly.
Payment
No payment is required to request an appointment. The final price is confirmed before loading, and the full payment is due after the agreed work has been completed. Accepted methods are cash, check, major credit and debit cards, contactless payments, and Cash App Pay through Square.
Privacy
This website does not install advertising trackers or analytics pixels. Google Maps loads only after a visitor chooses to view it. Jobber loads only on the Work Request page and processes submitted details to help Clear Haul manage customer requests, estimates, jobs, and invoices. Those services may process data under their own privacy terms. Contact details, pickup addresses, job descriptions, and photos are used only to prepare, confirm, and complete service or respond to questions. Information is not sold.

What does the estimated total include?
The calculator itemizes the Clear Haul service fee, estimated disposal and special-item fees, distance charges, and any applicable Rush Pickup Fee. The final price is confirmed before loading.
Why can the final price change?
The estimate depends on the photos and information submitted. The price may change if the actual quantity, weight, access, dimensions, item type, or disposal requirements are different. You approve the final price before work begins.
How are garage cleanouts or multi-load jobs priced?
Jobs that will not safely fit in one Clear Haul car load require a custom review. Clear Haul may use a rental truck and will send a separate quote covering the rental, service, travel, and estimated disposal costs. Equipment is not reserved until the customer approves the quote and any required deposit.
How much can Clear Haul carry?
The maximum junk load is 800 pounds, but bulky, unstable, roof-mounted, or difficult-to-secure items may have a lower safe limit. Oversized items require manual review.
Do you take refrigerators or other appliances?
Select appliances may be accepted after Clear Haul reviews their dimensions, estimated weight, access, and safe fit. Refrigerators and freezers also include the applicable disposal surcharge.
When is payment due?
Payment is due after the agreed work has been completed. Accepted methods are cash, check, major credit and debit cards, contactless payments, and Cash App Pay through Square.
Is my requested time automatically confirmed?
No. The date and time submitted are a request. Your appointment becomes confirmed only after Clear Haul reviews the details and replies by email or phone.
What is the Rush Pickup Fee?
Requests for an arrival time less than 24 hours away include a distance-based $25–$75 fee. The calculator displays it before you submit the request.
Where does Clear Haul provide service?
Clear Haul serves addresses within 50 driving miles of its north Bend service base across parts of Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson, and Linn counties. Enter your complete pickup address to check availability.
Do veterans receive a discount?
Yes. Veterans receive 10% off the Clear Haul service fee. It is confirmed manually and does not reduce disposal or travel charges.
When is Clear Haul closed?
Regular hours are 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, seven days a week. Clear Haul is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
