Clear Haul is an owner-operated service based on the north side of Bend. Every request is reviewed for size, weight, access, safe loading, and disposal requirements before an appointment is confirmed.

Vehicle fit and larger jobs
Appliances are not automatically confirmed. The truck-and-trailer setup makes larger and multiple-appliance pickups possible, but every request still requires a fit, weight, access, and secure-loading review. Very large jobs may require multiple trips or separately approved rental equipment.
Disposal and pricing
Appliance and refrigerant surcharges depend on the selected disposal facility. These charges are added separately to the service, distance, access, and rush fees shown in the estimate.
Service fees start at $59 for eligible 1–2 item pickups. Disposal, distance, special-item, access, and rush charges are calculated separately. The final price is confirmed before loading.
How to prepare
- Disconnect power, water, gas, and drain lines before arrival
- Provide the appliance dimensions and estimated weight
- Upload current photos of every appliance and the removal path
- Disclose stairs, narrow doors, damage, leaks, or sharp edges
