Clear Haul is an owner-operated service based on the north side of Bend. Car-load pickups have an 800-pound maximum, while larger approved jobs can use our truck-and-trailer setup. Every appointment is reviewed and confirmed before travel begins.

Distance and disposal
For compatible Madras-area loads, the estimator uses the supplied Box Canyon Transfer Station weight and special-item rates. Final disposal depends on material acceptance and facility operating hours.
The first 10 driving miles from the north Bend service base are included. Beyond that, the estimate adds $0.85 per one-way mile to cover round-trip fuel, drive time, and vehicle wear. Your complete address is required for the live distance check.
Before requesting an appointment
Add clear photos, item dimensions when relevant, and details about stairs, long carries, disassembly, or difficult access. The final price is confirmed before loading, and payment is due after the agreed work is completed.
